We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our growing Wholesale organization. You will play a key role in developing existing customers and help penetrate inactive partners. A strong candidate will have the ability to think quickly, adapt to change, and be excited to call and interact with our clients, building a strong rapport.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate already approved, existing non-producing Loan Officers
  • Learn and become proficient in using company CRM 
  • Use existing company tools and CRM to initiate searches to identify prospecting opportunities
  • Learn and become proficient in using industry data and subscriptions to identify potential clients
  • Work with sales team to help grow current partner market share and engagement
  • Assist with partner renewals

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Telemarketing and/or sales experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Professional, positive telephone presence 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges  
  • Enthusiastically contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
