Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers across all channels.  This includes answer customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to product teams.  The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently, and as part of a team, and be passionate about providing a great customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer feedback
  • Work with other departments to improve the customer experience
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service 
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem solving and conflict resolution 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Passion for providing a great customer experience
