The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support both internally and externally during the lending process.  This role involves working directly with our customers, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and results. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and be detail-focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers via phone, email, and chat concerning improving their credit standing
  • Involvement in new and ongoing projects to help improve results
  • Interact directly and indirectly with the sales team
  • Manage reports and work within a variety of systems
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service 
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

  • $23-$24 an hour
