Spring EQ is seeking an experienced high-volume call center recruiter to join our rapidly growing team!


  • Conduct customer needs analysis to learn the hiring goals, and participate in setting the recruitment process to meet the needs of the team
  • Create positive, supportive relationships with hiring managers and the HR team
  • Conduct thorough follow up to all prospective candidates
  • Identify successful candidates through use of social media, job boards, referrals & direct sourcing
  • Responsible for scheduling candidates and facilitating the candidate experience with Spring EQ


  • Excellence in customer/sales satisfaction
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 year of sales recruiting experience, preferred
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
  • Enthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ideal candidates will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
