Spring EQ is seeking Senior Account Executives who reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a vital role in building new relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, community banks, credit unions and other institutions. This team member is responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships while obtaining loans following Spring EQ’s products and guidelines. The Senior Account Executive primarily uses our CRM, the phone, email and texts to communicate with existing and prospective partners located anywhere in the country working in their remote home location.
